Isabella joined Howden Capital Markets & Advisory as an analyst in April 2025 after working as a broker on Howden Re’s Legacy Team, where she focused on LPT and ADC placements. In the summer of 2022, she was part of HCMA’s internship program. Isabella received a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan.
