About Adil
Adil Imani joined Howden in June 2026 as a Vice President in Howden Capital Markets & Advisory’s ILS team. In his role, he will be focused on the structuring and origination of catastrophe bonds, sidecars and other insurance-linked securities.
Adil joined Howden from AIR Worldwide (Verisk), a leading risk analytics firm in the industry, where he led the global ILS team. In his prior role, he was responsible for developing and executing on the ILS market strategy as well as overseeing all catastrophe bond issuances. He has experience advising sponsors across a broad spectrum of transactions, including leading national carriers, global reinsurers, regional insurers, and public sector entities. He has directly been involved in the execution of over $40 billion in ILS transactions.
Adil earned his Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College, with a double major in Economics and Applied Mathematics.
